4Q&A
Stamping die is a special process equipment that processes materials (metal or non-metal) into parts (or semi-finished products) in cold stamping processing, called cold stamping die (commonly known as cold stamping die). Stamping is a pressure processing method that uses a die mounted on a press to apply pressure to the material at room temperature to produce separation or plastic deformation, so as to obtain the required parts.

Stamping die

1. Check whether the die punching hole is consistent with the pad punching hole.
2. After assembling the upper and lower molds, place them on the lower workbench. Punch datum and die datum should be parallel.
3. The lower die should be completely fixed, and the upper die should be gently fixed in advance.
4. Test the slider on the punch for 20-30 times, make sure that the upper and lower die are completely consistent, and tighten the upper die.
5. The bite parts of the punch and die are combined with the lower die block of the die to adjust the height of the slide block on the punch.
6. Use the test punch of the seam paper to confirm its cutting conditions. If it is not uniform, confirm the mold installation status again. If consistency cannot be achieved, the parallelism between the punch slider and the table under the punch needs to be confirmed.
7. Adjust feed length and feed time. (If a scrap cutter is installed, the feed length of the material can be determined by the length of the cut scrap)
8. After 3-5 minutes of comprehensive operation, oil is injected between the guide column and the bushing to confirm whether there is abnormal heating.
9. Try using the selected machining material to confirm if there are any obstacles to insertion.
10. After the above work is completed, the processing can be carried out. First, press the first material locator bar set on the side of the lower die until the material touches the locator bar. After insertion, first test with your hand until the end of the last process.
11. After confirming that the manual feeding mode is normal, turn off the press feeding device switch. At this point, the feed work needs to be fully performed at the finish position.
12. The die uses a single punch movement to confirm whether the feed speed is appropriate.
